A 2,5 day off-site programme that teaches the notion of “winning” for personal and team growth. The programme encourages delegates to work “outside the comfort zone”, with a supportive environment that enables delegates to “go as far as they can with everything they have been given”. Winning for Team Performance is a powerful enabler of the realisation of strengths and individual contributions to the team. It is an enlightening experiential intervention that challenges physical, mental, and emotional facets to build self and others through a new understanding, and improved levels of trust. The programme has excellent results when run for in-situ teams.
Action learning is an experiential opportunity for delegates to work in Sets (groups) to identify and consider innovating change for themselves, the team, and the Company. The programme unlocks creativity, asking delegates to “Think Again”, challenging for change. Delegates are exposed to Case Studies, creativity / problem-solving techniques, and coaching skills, as they collaborate to seek solutions to previously unsolved workplace challenges. The process takes place through numerous workshop sessions over a given period.
